Naidu takes great pride in providing her patients with the safest and most effective techniques to enhance their natural beauty. She is committed to providing highly personalized attention at all stages of her patients’ care, including at the initial consultation, during surgery, and throughout the recovery process. While patient safety is the top priority, every attempt is also made to make the experience as comfortable and simple as possible. Dr. Naidu completed her undergraduate studies at The Johns Hopkins University and obtained her medical degree from Cornell University Medical College. After completing her general surgery and plastic surgery training at New York Presbyterian – Weill Cornell Medical Center, she performed an additional year of fellowship training at the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Naidu is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at Weill Cornell Medical College. Her practice focuses on aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, breast, and body, with a special emphasis on breast augmentation, abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), and rhinoplasty (nasal reshaping) surgeries. Her reconstructive practice focuses on skin cancer excision and reconstruction. Dr. Naidu and her practice have been cited in several publications including The New York Times, The New York Post, and New Beauty Magazine. In 2008, Dr. Naidu launched her own skin care line, Anokha, which successfully melds her medical expertise with her respect for natural beauty. Formulated from botanicals and actives native to South Asia, the line has been featured in both international and national beauty publications including Lucky Magazine, Vogue India, Living, and Marie Claire India.
Dr. Naidu is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. She maintains privileges at several prominent New York hospitals including New York Presbyterian Hospital – Weill Cornell Medical Center; Manhattan Eye, Ear, & Throat Hospital; Lenox Hill Hospital; and the Center for Specialty Care.
